  • Mayan Abdominal massage is an ancient indigenous healing practice in the tradition of Mayan midwifery.

    This wisdom has been passed down through the generations of medicine women. The massage works on a physical and energetic level to create deep catharsis. It is a full body experience, focusing on tension points throughout the body, including the back, hips, jaw, neck, and head, in order to clear and relax the nervous system enough to end with the abdominal and womb space (if applicable).

    The abdominal space, innervated by thousands of nerve endings and home to hundreds of lymph ducts, can be the holder of years’ worth of imbalances, whether physical or energetic.
